Service Requests & Support Hours

The Extra Website Maintenance Subscription provides 18 hours per subscription period, and allows up to 9 service requests per 90-day subscription period until all subscription hours are used up. These requests can include various updates or changes to your website content, which will help you keep your website relevant and accurate over time. Unused support hours will not carry over beyond the subscription period. 

Please note that all Website Maintenance Requests require a minimum of 2 hours. We recommend selecting a package that meets your business needs and making use of the hours provided. All website maintenance requests must be made online by completing the form:
