At Tarriance Productions, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide our clients with the best possible outcomes while maintaining the integrity of our business.
When you engage our services for web design, flyer design, logo design, video production, or event design, you are not just paying for the final product – you are also paying for the time, expertise, and resources that go into the creative process. We dedicate countless hours to understanding your vision, researching industry trends, and crafting a solution that meets your unique needs.
The creative process is often iterative, with multiple rounds of revisions and feedback. This collaborative approach ensures that the final product exceeds your expectations, but it also means that we have invested significant time and effort into your project. As such, we are unable to offer refunds once the work has been completed and delivered to you.
We understand that there may be instances where you are not entirely satisfied with the final result. In such cases, we encourage you to work closely with our team to address any concerns or make necessary adjustments. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the outcome, and we will do our best to address any issues that may arise.
However, if you decide to cancel or terminate the project at any stage, you will be responsible for the work that has been completed up to that point. This includes any research, planning, design, or development work that has been done, as well as any third-party costs that we have incurred on your behalf.
We believe that our no refund policy is fair and transparent, and it helps us to maintain the high standards of quality and service that our clients have come to expect. By clearly communicating this policy upfront, we can ensure that there are no misunderstandings or surprises down the line.

Subscriptions:
Subscriptions automatically renew every 90 days. To cancel, submit a cancellation request through the contact form at least 10 days before the renewal date. If the cancellation request is received after the renewal date, we will process it within 24 business hours, but cannot offer a refund. While billing will stop, you’ll retain access for the remaining subscription period.
Revisions:
At Tarriance Productions, we are dedicated to providing efficient assistance through a fair number of revisions. This approach allows each client to focus on their product, ensuring that all requested elements are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
We work closely with you to make the necessary revisions, but these must stay within the original scope of work outlined in the questionnaire and any written agreements. Revisions outside of the scope will be considered modifications and billed at the hourly rate. Our goal is to offer the best support and ensure a pleasant experience for all our clients.
Video, Flyer, and Logo Revisions:
After the design phase is completed, a mock-up will be sent to the client for review, and the client can request up to 2 revisions for video, flyer, and logo designs. It’s important for clients to carefully review the design to ensure it aligns with their initial requests. Clients are required to respond to all design review notifications within 24 hours. Failure to respond within that timeframe will be considered as approval of the work, and no further revisions will be allowed. Any additional work beyond this point will be considered a modification and billed at a rate of $55.00 per design. If the client requests more than 2 revisions, a modification fee of $55.00 will be charged. All revision requests must be submitted on our website by clicking the revision support link and completing the form.

Website Revisions and Amendments Policy:
Upon completion of the website design phase, Tarriance Productions will provide a mock-up for the client to review. The client may request revisions to the design, but these revisions must fall within the scope of the agreed-upon work. Revisions are defined as changes made to the design in an effort to correct or improve it, while amendments are the addition of new elements that were not originally included in the scope of work.
- For web designs priced below $1,000, the client is entitled to 1 round of revisions, with a limit of 5 changes within that round.
- For web designs priced up to $1,999.99, the client can request up to 2 rounds of revisions. Round 1 allows for up to 5 changes and round 2 allows for up to 3 changes. If the client exceeds the allotted number of changes, the excess will automatically carry over to the next round.
- For web designs priced between $2,000 and $3,999.99, the client can request up to 2 rounds of revisions, with a limit of 10 changes for round 1 and 5 changes for round 2. The same carry-over policy applies.
- For web designs priced $4,000 to $5,999.99 and above, the client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions, with a limit of 12 changes for round 1 and 6 changes for round 2.
- For web designs priced $6,000 to $8,999.99 and above, the client can request up to 3 rounds of revisions, with a limit of 14 changes for round 1, 7 changes for round 2, and 4 changes for round 3.
- For web designs priced $9,000 and above, the client can request up to 4 rounds of revisions, with a limit of 16 changes for round 1, 8 changes for round 2, 4 changes for round 3, and 2 changes for round 4.
It is important to note that all revision requests must be within the agreed-upon scope of work and cannot include a partial or total redesign of the mock-up. Any such requests will be billed at the regular website design price.
Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the website design across all devices to ensure it aligns with their original requests. If Tarriance Productions overlooked something, we will fix it without it counting against the client’s revision limit. However, the client must bring this to our attention before approving the project. Once the project has been approved, no further corrections or revisions will be made, and any additional work will be considered an amendment, billed at $55/hour.
Clients must respond to our website design review notification within 24 hours. Failure to do so will be considered approval, and no further revisions will be allowed.
All revision requests must be submitted through our online form; we will not accept them by phone, text, or email. Additionally, only the individual who paid or signed the agreement is authorized to make revision requests.

Post Launch Website Support
